Park Road Apartments - Unit 1

Didn’t stay, no communication from host. Positive: Clean, nicely appointed, thoughtful touches. Negative: It was a bit small for our needs, and the communication from the hosts were none existent. We asked for an early checkin on booking, sure, contact us on the day. We did, we phoned, we emailed, we messaged, no answer. We checked in, and saw it was actually just a tad small for us, could not get hold of anyone. Wanted to go for a walk, no pedestrian exit possible from the property (what happens in an emergency and you cant use your car?!). Decided then to leave and go elsewhere. Left another message that we are not staying, submitted a cancellation request, two days later, still not a word from anyone!! Bizarre. Again, what would have happened in an emergency? Then to Top it off, received a whatsapp tonight to rate our stay, you have got to be kidding me.

Enjoyable stay, would certainly stay there again. Host was super helpful and friendly Positive: Lovely comfortable unit, host was very helpful and friendly. Negative: Lots of noise from municipal pool next door. It was probably most suitable for 2 people as the bathroom was on suit from the main room.

Positive: Evrything Negative: Nothing

Will definitely be back Positive: Clean and convenient Negative: Everything worked

Centrally located accommodation. Clean. Positive: We made our own breakfast as the accommodation lands itself perfectly and feels very homely. Negative: The x2 designated parking spots are way too tiny. Normal sized SUV's can't park next to each other.
