Positive: The style and set up of the place! Everything was well put together. We arrived at the coldest time of the year so the shower water being at boiling point was superb. Negative: There was a heater in the lounge area but the cord was extremely short to reach so there was no other area to plug it. And for the keys please can the description for which buttons to press to open the gate and disalarm the alarm. It was a guessing game

we had a lovely stay. Positive: We liked the braai area, everything in the kitchen was so easy to access. the couch was so comfortable and the bed. the place is beautifully designed. Negative: We didn't like people coming in and mowing the lawn while we were sleeping, it was very uncomfortable to just see a person in the yard we felt our privacy was invaded. the grass was wet and our shoes got dirty. it would have been better if this was done before we arrived.
