7 - The Palms Boutique BNB - # 7 Family Suite

Positive: Enjoyed the sauna, bed was so comfortable! Negative: Nothing at all

Positive: The staff was great , size of room was nice, Negative: It was advertised as a boutique hotel. Aside from the bed, pool and breakfast , there was one sauna for all the guests. There was no food available other than breakfast. There was no microwave nor a small table to eat at. So even if you get take aways you'd have to sit on the bed or sofa and eat it cold. I just expected a bit more from a boutique hotel

With improved management we could do more to satisfy the guests Positive: During the week breakfast could be served earlier, 7h30 it’s a bit too late, and if booked guests could sent entry codes for the gate because there is no security manning the gate and most times the ladies are so busy and cannot see if someone is at the gate. Negative: For a 4* start establishment we could with white towels, dark coloured towels are just sending a wrong message

It is a place i would go back to again, Positive: Location was good, just off the highway and a couple of kilometres from the shops, the bedroom and bathroom are good size, bed very comfortable Negative: Quite a bit of noise echoed around the building, we could here the customers/staff around the building
