We received great hospitality and excellent service at the Palms boutique hotel. Positive: Our stay at Palms Boutique Hotel was made truly special by the wonderful hospitality we received. We were warmly welcomed by Sindi, who was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She kindly allowed us to use the dining lounge for lunch, which we really appreciated and which added a personal touch to our stay. The following morning, Sindi and Gift served us a delicious, filling breakfast before we checked out. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience memorable. We would definitely recommend Palms Boutique Hotel for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Negative: Nothing

Positive: The Palms is well located and easily accessible and clean and neat. Negative: The Palms hotel. Does not have DSTV you need to have your own access, there is no bar / entertainment area where you can sit and chill where there is TV, there was no free bottle water provided, towels looked old and bed not comfortable..
