With improved management we could do more to satisfy the guests Positive: During the week breakfast could be served earlier, 7h30 it’s a bit too late, and if booked guests could sent entry codes for the gate because there is no security manning the gate and most times the ladies are so busy and cannot see if someone is at the gate. Negative: For a 4* start establishment we could with white towels, dark coloured towels are just sending a wrong message

I felt like im at a spa retreat,refreshed and at peace,judt what i needed to unwind Positive: The location and the aminities ,ie pool and sauna Negative: Nothing

Wish i could have stayed longer Positive: The location is beautiful and scenic. The staff were helpful and met all my needs/requests for a packed breakfast and late check in

Lovely hotel great service Positive: Very nice Hotel . Well set out spacious . The hotel was in a good state of upkeep the room we had was perfect for our needs. The Breakfast was very tasty and tasty. There was ample parking. The outside seating in the courtyard by the water feature and on the balcony upstairs the trickling water giving a relaxing feel. The upstairs lounge was comfortable and afforded great views . The dinning area was well presented with an option to dine alfresco by the pool. Outside showers are good as was the secluded couples lounging area. Sadly we didn't have time to try them indeed the sauna was inviting. The wifi was strong. The smart tv giving access to online services. The lovely staff were fantastic and we did feel welcomed and they attended to our every need. We will be back . Negative: We couldn't stay longer. Also charging for a 2 nd Breakfast drink .

Positive: We booked the Accomodation at the last minute for a family emergency. The host was very accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Negative: Nothing to note.
