Needs some maintenance Positive: The staff which is there is very friendly. Negative: Floor tiles are pooping out, as you walk over them there are rattling noises in the room we were given.

Beautiful accommodation Positive: The Palms is stunning accommodation, it has a luxurious feel to it. The room was clean and neat, the linen was clean, bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a traditional breakfast, but it exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, thank you to the ladies. Negative: Check-in was a bit frustrating. It's a bit difficult to get in touch with the host, and once the lady on duty lets you into the room, there's no one around to assist if you need anything in the first few minutes of settling in. Another thing that may be a big issue for some guests is that the TV doesn't work well.

Positive: The property is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pictures don’t even do it justice as it looks much better in person. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was the cherry on top, the meals are prepared to perfection. We were very pleased and will be back for a swim in the summer.

Good place to be, home away from home really Positive: I like everything about this place It clean, comfy, well looked after and the stuff is amazing If you ask for some, they definitely give you more…really is good value for money… I love their food and more
