was great to be so near the hospital, was able to eat breakfast on the patio outside. Positive: Location was great for me as my husband was in the Hilton hospital. I personally do not like a toilet that does not have a door. The toilet is visible from most of the room. the window next to the toilet is not obscure glass and clearly visable to the neighbours and the road. The shower floor is very slippery, corners of the shower floor very grubby and slimy. the rainfall shower head drops water mostly over the sit step because the shaft is not long enough. when trying to dry my hair I had sit on the bed and did not have access to a mirror. I tried watch just general TV but the signal lags. BUT, your staff are generally amazing especially SindI, but when I was leaving coming down the stairs with my suitcase and bags, one of the staff were in the dining room dusting, she did not offer to help. Sindi helped me when I arrived, you have a gem there. Her attention to service is excellent. Sorry to be so picky, but I also have a holiday home that I rent out and it is the small things that do help with re bookings. Negative: it would have been nice if cereal was offered with the breakfast. but I think have said all above.

Positive: Beautiful location, easy to find,had all necessities. Negative: Needs a door to the bathroom, or some sort of privacy,especially if it's a couple.

Memorable Positive: The facility and location was great, Lisa if I am not mistaken(who manages the place) was really professional and helpful.

Positive: Its a beautiful place, very clean with such comfortable bedding. The staff was very good. I absolutely loved their breakfast. I also liked how the host checked up on me. Negative: There isn't anything to not like. However, I believe they will sort out the WiFi issue in Room 6.
