3 - The Palms Boutique BNB - Standard Room # 3

Hidden gem of Hilton ;) Positive: Everything about the Palms was perfect, so we'll maintained as a boutique hotel should be, the place was was super calm and tranquil and the staff were amazing. Breakfast choices and quality were perfect. Thank you Palms Negative: Nothing! Loved it all

Positive: Breakfast was excellent Negative: Lights along the passage next to the rooms needs to be dimmed, to enable dark room for a better night's sleep

Positive: The place was just beautiful friendly stuff Negative: It not what I didn't like with the breakfast can they have more options people like us who don't eat bacon put something like chicken strips and macon

Great place but staff need training Positive: Great guest house but the staff not up to standard. We asked if we could change our room from upstairs to downstairs because my husband has cancer and battles to get up the stairs. The staff tried to get hold of somebody to ask but nobody answered the phone and they were clueless as to what to do. We were happy to pay extra but they didn’t know what to do. Very disappointing…. So we ended up having to use the upstairs room Negative: No tissues in the tissue box and no soap in the shower dispenser
