2 - The Palms Boutique BNB - Grand Suite 2

Extremely pleasant, extremely welcoming, extremely comfortable. Positive: I was pleasantly surprised when I found the level of cleanliness and hospitality from the staff at the Palms Boutique, most especially Sindi, who was ever willing to accommodate our requests and make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I am extremely pleased with the stay and would definitely consider another visit in the near future. Negative: The only item i could comment negatively on is the placement of the hand wash basin outside of the bathroom, it causes slight inconvenience. However this was but a minor and small inconvenience.

Fabulous- Well Done! Positive: Felt like home for us! Just as perfect as we like to be at home Breakfast was also such a spoil with wonderful staff from start to finish!

Negative: 1. The floors were cold and there was no bedroom slippers provided 2. Very strange configuration to have the wash basin in the bedroom and not in the bathroom

Exactly what we needed and more Positive: Lovely room comfortable bed. Great additional option of the Sauna. Breakfast was excellent

The Palms Experience Positive: The location - definitely! The environment makes for a great morning run. The aesthetics are beautiful, from the outside - with the tall palm trees and striking pillars, to the decor inside of the establishment. The place is clean and well kept. The family room is spacious - good for chilling if you're traveling with a group of friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served with a smile. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - their freshly baked muffins were a hit! Negative: Nothing.
