Grand Suite 1 - The Palms Boutique BNB

The Palms Experience Positive: The location - definitely! The environment makes for a great morning run. The aesthetics are beautiful, from the outside - with the tall palm trees and striking pillars, to the decor inside of the establishment. The place is clean and well kept. The family room is spacious - good for chilling if you're traveling with a group of friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served with a smile. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - their freshly baked muffins were a hit! Negative: Nothing.

Good would have been superb, if the wifi was working & had TV to keep me occupied in the evening. Positive: Prepared as per my request Negative: Wifi was not working No TV channels, guests are expected to log in with their own Netflix account. This is rather disappointing considering the attention to detail to everything else.

I would definitely recommend the Palm Boutique Hotel. Friendly staff and well equipped rooms! Positive: The staff were amazing, so friendly! The breakfast was delicious and you could really taste the showcase of local ingrediants Negative: Perhaps the addition of disposable shower caps in the bathroom
