Perfect hideaway for 2. Positive: The space is very welcoming but also very private if you would like your own space. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Negative: I wish they had sports channels on the tv, as a big sports fan, I would’ve like to catch up on some sports

The Palms Experience Positive: The location - definitely! The environment makes for a great morning run. The aesthetics are beautiful, from the outside - with the tall palm trees and striking pillars, to the decor inside of the establishment. The place is clean and well kept. The family room is spacious - good for chilling if you're traveling with a group of friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served with a smile. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - their freshly baked muffins were a hit! Negative: Nothing.

Good would have been superb, if the wifi was working & had TV to keep me occupied in the evening. Positive: Prepared as per my request Negative: Wifi was not working No TV channels, guests are expected to log in with their own Netflix account. This is rather disappointing considering the attention to detail to everything else.
