Lovely Getaway Positive: The room was beautiful, clean & comfortable, with thoughtful touches such as sweets on the bed & biscuits to have with your coffee. Bathroom was lovely with a huge 2 person shower (2 shower heads) & corner bath complete with candles & bath salts to make it extra special. There is a lovely pool area & a sauna room which was neat & clean. Negative: The door to the room has frosted glass panes, & even though there is a blind covering the glass, the light from the passage comes through anyway which makes the room quite light for sleeping if you like a dark room (which I do). I should have found out before we booked, but I didn't realize that the only food they serve is breakfast. If you want lunch or dinner, or even drinks, you have to go elsewhere or order in. There is a bit of road noise from the highway if you sit outside, but in the room with the sliding door closed you can't hear it.

Positive: Freundlicher Empfang. Sauberes Zimmer. Das Superior Zimmer hat eine gute Durchschnittsgrösse mit Balkon. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir das Standard Zimmer das wir ein paar Monate im Voraus zu einem höheren Preis buchten. Obwohl gemäss Booking.com noch ein Superior Zimmer zur Verfügung stand, mussten wir in das teurer bezahlte, sehr, sehr kleine Zimmer (3,5x4m) wechseln. Upgrade war nicht möglich, obwohl das Superieur Zimmer billiger angeboten wurde. Die Leitung ist nicht vor Ort und das Personal hat keine Befugnis. Die Autobahn hört man Tagsüber gut. In der Nacht etwas weniger. Frühstück gibts nur eine Speise aus der Speisekarte und auch nur einen Kaffee. Alle weiteren Speisen und ein zweiter Kaffee muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Negative: Frühstück unter dem Durchschnitt von dem, was wir in Südafrika in den letzten vier Wochen in 14 Unterkünften bekamen.
