Unit B - No. 1 Dicks Street Apartments, Howick

Lovely! Positive: Very clean and neat. We only stopped in Howick for 1 night as part of a road trip, but it would be comfortable for a longer stay as well. Negative: The very dark exterior and back end of the property made me nervous.

Positive: It was clean,quite and a romantic enviroment Negative: Nothing

Overall, we loved our stay :) Positive: The ease of checking in and great communication from our host, the location and the tasteful decor. Negative: The unit could do with a ceiling fan in the bedroom - it was very hot, and the standing fan that was available wasn't helpful in providing a comfortable night's sleep.

Positive: Well secured for our fur babies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is peaceful and conveniently situated with plenty of stores nearby. The cookies were a lovely surprise and the owners kept in touch checking if we required anything. We had a lovely stay :) Negative: Would have preferred blinds in the lounge and kitchen. It would have felt more private at night.

Schöner Aufenthalt Positive: Grosszügige Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist allerdings eine Self Catering Unterkunft. Wir schätzen den Austausch mit den Gastgebern, dies war leider nur online möglich. Negative: Das Haus ist sehr gut gesichert inkl. Alarmanlage. Wir haben dann leider doch einen Alarm ausgelöst. Es kam dann umgehend jemand von der Security und erkundigte sich, ob es uns gut geht. Somit alles gut, wir hatten einfach im ersten Moment einen Schrecken, als jemand mit der Taschenlampe bei uns in den Garten zündete. Könnte man evtl. bei der Anleitung noch ergänzen. Sonst alles o.k.
