Lovely!
Positive: Very clean and neat. We only stopped in Howick for 1 night as part of a road trip, but it would be comfortable for a longer stay as well.
Negative: The very dark exterior and back end of the property made me nervous.

Once in and settled, we enjoyed our accommodation but didn't use all the facilities.
Negative: We didn't get detailed instructions to get the keys or where the entrance was. We went from shop to shop at No 1, all were closed, and didn't see the gate off the street. We asked at the garage and they told us. After hooting we were assisted by the lady but she also couldn't see the code on our booking note. Perhaps we missed a second page. We are too old fashioned to scan things to get internet access!

Great overnight stay ! No complaints
